Linni & Kvam with guests serve up razor sharp verses and cosmic funk
Bergen-based rapper Linni, aka Jonas Grieg, is among Norway’s leading rappers. He’s released 6 albums with his band Yoguttene, 9 solo albums and much more, all to great acclaim from audiences and critics alike. Now he and producer Erlend Lyngstad, better known as Kvam, have started the band Neste Planet (Next Planet). Their debut album Kosmose fuses uplifting lyrics with the deep grooves of jazz-funk, lounge jazz and even glitchy chipmunk soul.
They are joined by rapper Mest Seff of Tøyen Holding and hip-hop collective Gjenfødt Kultur. Along with a list of unannounced guests they will be joining Neste Planet on stage for a unique live event at MUNCH, featuring a full band!
