Free guided tours and art class for Oslo seniors.

With the help of funding from the Ministry of Culture the Munch Museum offers a programme of guided tours and an art class for Oslo city seniors (Den kulturelle spaserstokken).

The programme consists of two alternatives: one can choose between a guided tour of the current exhibition, or a guided tour and an art class. The art class is a one-day course and taught by a professional artist.

Your visit can be combined with a snack at Stockfleths.

The museum is accesible for disabled visitors.

Note: Each participant pays an entrance fee of NOK 60 per person, while the guided tour and art class are free of charge.

Free guided tour:
A ca. 45 minute guided tour of the museum's current exhibition.
Maximum 25 participants and a minimum of 5 persons per group.
Booking in advance is required.

Free guided tour and art class:
The class lasts from 10 am to 2 pm, including a break, and begins with a guided tour of the current exhibition. After the tour, the participants work on graphic printing assignments in the museum's workshop, together with a professional artist.
All necessary materials for the course are provided free of charge.
We set up classes when interested parties register for the programme.
Maximum 10 participants per class.
