Free group entry for schools, kindergartens and students

Are you planning to explore our exhibitions and experiences at MUNCH in the company of a group? Here you’ll find all the information you need.

Classes and study groups from kindergartens, schools and universities are entitled to free entry to MUNCH if the visit is part of an organised educational programme. The group must be accompanied by a teacher, tutor or professor.

To qualify for free group entry, groups and their group leader should go to the ticket counter on arrival at the museum. Please note that ID is required for group members who are over 18.

Note that we offer free drop-in entry every Wednesday between 6–9 pm (not July or August).

Group organisers can contact us at booking@munchmuseet.no for more information.

Our audio guide can be used on your own device, and are also free for school visits.

Upon presentation of the relevant card (see list below), you can collect free tickets upon arrival at the museum. Limitations due to capacity may occasionally occur.
