Small exhibition – grand story! Based on four self-portraits the mini exhibition presents four eras in Edvard Munch's life and oeuvre. The time span ranges from around 1880 to 1940 and points out how different life stages, places of living and artistic inspirations comes to expression in Munch's art.
Due to exhibition change in the period of 17 April–3 May highlights from the collection will be on show in the museum's lecture hall. Free entrance.
Please note that the museum is closed on Tuesdays and 1 May. Also note that the café will be closed in the period 13 April–8 May due to renovation.
